I’m an intuitive trauma therapist, EMDR specialist, and space-holder for millennial women, therapists, and cycle-breakers ready to shed the old stories.

I blend science and the sacred—offering EMDR intensives, psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, Ketamine-Assisted EMDR™, and spiritually integrated care for those who want more than just coping. My clients are often healers themselves or self-aware high achievers who feel stuck in patterns of self-blame, perfectionism, and people-pleasing—despite years of therapy.

 

I believe healing is sacred. Rebellious. Sometimes sparkly. And always worth it.
